The first thing we see if a voicemail has been left is a flashing light on our desk, these are generally replied to as a priority.
Emails are checked – but only once or twice a day.
Voicemails or phone calls are best for :-
Cancelling or rearranging appointments (we deal with them quickly, or respond to voicemail);
New patient enquires (we can explain process and likely charges);
Any advice requested;
Dental emergencies (the answerphone out of hours message will have details of the arrangements for weekend and Bank Holiday emergencies).
