The best way to contact us is usually by phone. The first thing we see if a voicemail has been left is a flashing light on our desk. These are generally replied to as a priority. Emails, and the ‘contact us’ form are checked – but only once or twice a day.
Voicemails or phone calls are best for :-
Cancelling or rearranging appointments, (we deal with them quickly, or respond to voicemail);
New patient enquires, (we can explain process and likely charges);
Advice;
Dental emergencies. (The answerphone, out of hours will have details of the arrangements for weekend and Bank Holiday emergencies.).
